Who is THE DRAMA ?
“The Drama” was founded in October 2024 and is an a cappella group based in Madison, WI.
We are a casual, non-competitive ensemble where theatre and choir lovers come together to sing our hearts out and create something joyful, theatrical, and uniquely us. Our group is a home for people who love creative expression, and a space to be delightfully dramatic.
We rehearse seasonally (spring/summer season and winter/fall season), choosing music that showcases a theme we've put together. Our rehearsals are filled with laughter, choreography experiments, creative debates, and spontaneous bursts into songs. Everyone has a voice (literally and figuratively) and is able to contribute their creative ideas.
We may be a little biased, but we sound good. Catch us at our next performance and see (and hear) what we’ve been working on!
